We no longer offer Vigil Mass at St. Aloysius.

Old St. Mary's in Greektown has 5:30 p.m. Vigil Mass (Confessions starting at 5:00 p.m.)


Daily Mass

Monday-Friday at 12:15 p.m.

Please note, there is no 12:15p.m. Mass on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or the Friday after Thanksgiving.

I love St. Aloysius because it is a prayerful and welcoming parish. They are truly dedicated to serving the downtown Detroit community in any way possible by offering daily and weekend masses and providing multiple services to feed and clothe those in need.

I love St. Al’s because of its diversity. It is a true reflection of our society. I also love the neighborhood services in that the parish does a lot with very little in providing necessities like food, health care and personal hygiene items that most of us take for granted. Those are just a few of the many things that I love about our parish. My wife and I truly believe that God brought us here.
